1. Check the operation of the equipment: ensure that all fans and pipelines are operating normally, all bolts are tightened, and all parts are intact. Check whether the lubrication points of the fan have enough lubricating oil and whether the seal is good.
2. Control the environment in the kiln: The staff needs to be familiar with the time and speed of the kiln in and out of the car, the in and out of each section of the kiln, and the heat of the blank. Observe the temperature of the baking belt and the drying of the brick blanks in the drying room at any time, and deal with any abnormalities in time. 3. Daily maintenance: Regularly check the sand filling condition of the sand adding pipe to ensure that there is enough dry sand that meets the standards in the sand adding pipe, and clean up the fallen sand in the pit in time.
